Swap suggestion on 99-00 hatchback
I got a 99 hatchback dx, going to do a swap on it
any suggestion? around $2000 budget
also, I am located in south bay, any recommendation of auto shop does swap?

$2K is enough to build a B20Vtec!
Otherwise just get a OBD1 B16 SirII w/ 00 si engine harness, you are good to smoke some tire!

The swap that'll probably cost you the least for labor is to get an obd2 swap. 96+ motors. And since your in CA I think I read somewhere that your motor can't be older than your car to pass emissions, so if your going to be legal about this, get a 99+ motor.
