Swap Shops and the 'start up wattanty'
Any thoughts on paying a shop to install JDM b16a1 into EG and the problems you've had after words or suggestions for anyone going this route? If the engine has been sitting around for a while, once they get it in and started should I consider it fairly reliable?????

if it starts up and you can drive it around (MAKE SURE YOU DRIVE IT AROUND) and if it feels good and not all funky yeah were you getting your engine from?

Re: Swap Shops and the 'start up wattanty' (nerces)
it is at a shop 45 mins from my home in Hamilton, Ontario
$3200 (CDN so about 2000 U.S. ) parts and labour b16a1 into my 93 sedan.....cash
sound like a decent deal? I am just worried that since the engine is older I dont wanna swap and then have to get a new distributor, whatever like a month later...but i guesss thats the chance you take doing a swap anyways
I am still entertaining ideas od a SOHC swap too
peace
