I love my Civic EG Hatchback with engine of Type R B18C including the Engine, Transmission, Lsd.
But Is it possible & what required to swap my OBD1 to OBD2, please.

It's also possible that the one and only lottery ticket you decide to buy in your lifetime will be the billion dollar winner.
In other words, the chance of the OP doing the OBD1 to OBD2 conversion are exceedingly low, which is also overly optimistic in this case.

depends on what your reasons for the OBD1-to-OBD2 swap are.
bar in cali? things get really difficult.
run the stock P73 ECU? - JDM ECUs are much easier to get to work on OBD1 cars. (it's not plug/play but it wasn't that difficult with mine)
