Default swap / obd question

I have a '96 civic sedan (obd2 i believe) and am about to get an obd0 LS engine for a great price. besides the ECU what am i goign to have to replace to get it to obd2? I plan on building an LS/ Vtec so im tearing the block down no matter what so i want to get this done while im in there. to my understanding here is what i need

p72/ 73 ECU

B16 vtec head

drill hole in block for the oil line for vtec

New distributor (obd2)

now if Im missing anything could someone please let me know as well as any suggestions for parts and replacement such as pistons, sleaves, intake, cams and anything else that would make a huge difference in reliability (haha reliability is dependant mainly on me and my ability to do things right). This is going to be my first build/ swap and im looking to have fun, learn, and hopefuly not get too big a headach in the process. All engine work is going to be done out of the car untill the engine is built so i can keep my daily driver. thank you all for any replies.

thanks for your time

~moon

i dont know if this helps but i have an obd1 civic and iam also dropping in a obd0 ls, what am doing is am taking the intake manifold along with the injectors, harness, and ditributor form an obd1 integra wich i found in the junkyard(may be harder to find an obd2 teggy) and placing it on the obd0 ls motor, it should work the sameway with the obd2 stuff

You are right on, just get a new dizzy, harness (you can probably make the one in your ex work), and an ecu. I have a P73 that I'm about to get rid of, contact me and we can probably work something out.
