swap is not workin

i just swaped a zc sohc vtec in to my 95 civic im running a p28 i got it started and it was idle serging i dont no wat from thro the swap im missing a sensor on the back of my intake mani fold its at the top right idk what it is and now my car is not even running at it sounds like it is misfiring any help would be apreciated
