swap help?!?
ok, i just swapped in a new motor on my dx, its b16 bottom , ls trans, gsr head, ls intake manifold... i got the gsr harness, i go to plug everything in i got like one open plug near the battery, i have like 3 or 4 under the intake manifold that go no where... and my biggest problem is the alternator because i cant plug anything into it.. that plug opening on the alternator is brown and square.. the plugs that are hanging there cant plug into that and there is no where else for them to go... i got a huge green plug i know thats for the alternator but no way that will work with the one i got.. any help?!? thanks..

you must have an obd1 gsr harness. you will need to buy an obd1 alternator. if you can get pics of the plugs i can help you out. most likely the 3 wires on the intake manifold are for iac, tps, purge valve and maybe knock

3 MAP - manifold absolute pressure sensor
10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor
22 VTEC pressure valve
Ok, check for you map sensor. Mine is a DX and it came out of my firewall. Connect to engine where it says "MAP Sensor," usually DENSO brand. As far at the IAT sensor goes, it's the small connector that sits under the intake mani, that should be the one that i think i see your hand holding. the big green connector is for the alternator, looks like you have a OBD2 alternator, pick up an OBD1 alternator (for GSR, get Integra '94, '95 GSR alternator) and double check the wiring on your VTEC and make sure its correct.
good luck. and yeah, before you check ECU codes again, reset the ECU (unplug it for like 5 mins)

oh and as another hint, the IAT sensor plug is the same as many things, on my engine for example, IAT was the same as the Evap Purge and the IAB connector heads (I have a GSR) so good luck, just keep trying different configs until the CELs go away, or run wire checks (match color or trace them correctly)
