swap help
since i have a 97dx motor laying around.. and my stock motor is **** because my intake suck water in there. I was wonderin' if that DX will fit on my 95 del sol. can I USED THE SAME MOUNTS and PLUGS n stuff? will it juss plug and play? since that motor is OBD2. need a little help.

Bump for a little help. What engine did the del sol have in there to start with? I don't know too much about the del sol but if it was the b series, then it's not plug and play. Don't know about the rest.

your del sol should be a D15B7 or D16Z6 series which should allow you to drop in the D15Y7 motor and plug and play since they all are ODB2. Since they are D-Series motors the mounts you have should work.
