swap engine and smog question?
I have 93 civic w/ a bad motor. I want to swap a 97 civic dx d16y7 into my 93 civic. If i put all the 93 parts and ecu such as obd1 manifold, ecu and ect. to the 97 civic motor will i still pass smog? Reply please.
