Default swap costs

I'm getting a b16a2 swap in my 99 civic and I was wondering what kind of labor costs I'm looking at and how long will the swap take?

Save more money and get the B18C5 swap you listed in the sig, or keep your D16.

its at least a 16 hour job if uve never done it before.
