Suspension Problem Ej1
Hi Bros,
The Car is a: Honda Civic 1994 USDM Coupe
My problem this time is: when i lowed my car with TEIN S-Tech Springs, the car looks great, but the side of the driver both side, rear and front, was more low that the other side of passenger... :S
On Passenger side has 2 fingers from the tire, on driver side has 1/2 finger from the tire...
what do you think happend here?... maybe something damaged?, arms?, bushings?, Ball joints?...
my setup is: all stock, shocks KYB OEM, trailing arm bushing by Energy Suspension, TEIN S-Tech Springs.

Re: Suspension Problem Ej1
Are the springs brand new? I have s techs on koni yellows and mine sits a tad lower on one side as well. It's not that noticeable though. I think tein products might just not be very good.

I have the same problem my left side sits lower then my right side, its the shock absorbers that are worn out. I commute everyday and i drive bymyself so its obvious that over time the left side suspension will wear out more then the right. What I am trying to find out is if the right side strut can be swapped with the left side.

well u are fairly close. its actually the entire suspension wears more on the driver side, but mainly the bushings... after time they keep their normal driving position.. only way to correct is adjustable coilovers which isnt fixing the problem just masking it or replacing all or bushings with poly-urathane bushings.
then i will tell u how is it going!....
thank you...
any other suggestion ?...
