Default Suspension advice

Hi I have a '93 daily driver stock Civic LX 323K, been doing my best to keep it going...and so far so good! Needs alignment so i'm planning to do a suspension overhaul..looking at Monroe Quick Struts all round / front ball joints/ tie rods and new front upper control arms from Rock Auto. Would also like to change all bushings but all I can find as a set are polyurethane (Energy). Don't really want to do poly.....prefer rubber. Anyone know where I can find a set of rubber replacements apart from dealer?.
Thanks

does all of that stuff you listed NEED to be replaced ? for the upper control arms i'd go OEM you'll get a lot longer life out of them vs cheap rock auto ones. same with several components listed on there.

I'm gonna figure out what needs to be replaced after I tear it apart and check them out. The rear trailing arm bushings are torn on both sides and they need to go. The shocks are OEM and I tried the old bounce the car up and down and they seem fine at the rear. I took it in a few weeks ago to Firestone get an idea on the alignment and the guy told me the front shocks are shot...but I replaced them a year ago, granted they were not premium but I can't buy that they only lasted a year...I put less than 12k miles on them...I did the front lower ball joints about 2 1/2 years ago and they look good ...pried on them with susp loaded and no play. The reason I think I need upper control arms is that the upper arm of the steering knuckle that attaches to the upper ball joint rubs on the coil spring sometimes. It seems the only way that could happen is if the ball joint is bad...but when I try to push/ pull and pry on the ball joint it's solid, and the ball joint boots don't look so good. Can upper control arm ball joint be good after 323K?...My passenger side tie rod boot is torn so I just was gonna replace the tie rods and boots anyway.

I drive a rough road to work so lowering is not an option. Went with Monroe OE Spectrum struts, H&R OE Sport springs (levels car out), and new strut mount rubber bushings. Left the rest of the bushings if not failing. Price was reasonable and ride greatly improved.
