What are you going to do with the car?

Street/Drag I'd go turbo, AutoX/Road Racing I'd go supercharger.

I'm boosted because my car is a street car and there's more adaptability for more power with a turbocharger.

With a supercharger there's a more linear power curve & power on demand which is good for slowing down and then getting back into the throttle.

I believe it's rcmcdaniels that road races and he reccomends a supercharger for autox/road racing because the turbos make good power, but take too long to get into the power band when accelerating & decelerating a lot.

turbo and superchargers are both products of forced induction. hahaha its as easy as this. do you want power at your feet(supercharged) or do you want power in higher rpms(turbo). the other thing that you have to think about that goes along with anything els you do to your car is HOW MUCH MONEY YOU GOT. but for me id go with turbo. good luck on your choice

if u just want to smoke a mustang riding ur *** down the street ide supercharge
cuz like someone posted ahead of me the power is more readily available as apossed to boost kicking in at a certain point

however a supercharger will ware ur engine much faster

im pretty sure its the other way around. the super is "easier" on the engine since its belt driven. forgive me if im wrong, i read it somewhere.

Proper turbo sizing is key... A small turbo like a 15g or 14b will spool quickly thus hitting 6-7psi at like 3000 rpms... I consider that "readily available"...

Its cheaper to go the turbocharger route... Thats the way I would go, but thats me...

Nope. A supercharger will wear your engine a bit faster. Think about. Boost is made in a blower by using a pulley attached to your crank. It makes power by taking power. A turbo runs on exhaust gases. It is essentially free power.

It just so happens, as a by-product, the power bands are different. A supercharger can make boost as low as 1500 rpms, vs a turbo, which needs a certain amount of exhaust/rpms to make boost. Linear vs peaky is what it comes down.
