Super cheap ITR 4 lug swap

Just saw this on ebay looking around and thought this seemed really cheap for the entire swap including rims or is this what they go for? This seems really tempting and I love the 4 lug rims.

yeah that's probably why it's so cheap, but damn thats still tempting. I love those rims but the whole brake rotor hassle holds me back.

450 is dirt cheap for that setup, but that shipping price is crazy. i sold my 4 x 114.3 setup with advans last year for 1500, so 450 is so worth it if you could pick it up or something and not have to pay the shipping.
