Sucking sound from intake when I turn the car off... PPSSHHHHHHHH-VAWHM!

Before:
Everytime I would turn the car off, a loud sucking noise would come from the intake kinda like a BOV and it would last about 2-3 seconds. It sounded pretty cool.. (PSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH-VAWHM)
Now:

It makes a small sucking noise and at the end, it sounds like it would cough.(pshhhh-BAWH!)

What's wrong? My friend's DA with a B16's is louder than I had it before. Another friend with a B20VTEC is almost as loud as I had it before.

I want it back! It sounded dope. Someone help!
