some del sol's did come with a B16, a B16a3. its the Del Sol VTEC model. I work at honda, and i always have to specify the Del Sol VTEC model when i order stuff for my B16a2, either that, or i order my parts from the Si, they also had a DOHC B16, but its engine code is B16a2

You're probably talking about the del Sol Si, which does have VTEC because it came with a Z6, which is the 125hp single cam VTEC motor. More info: http://teamdelsol.com/technical/faq/Engines/

</TD></TR></TABLE> you get some credibility but you made it sound like the only vtec delsol models had a b16 ...which is wrong cause i know a z6 was put into one of the delsols .. i just wasnt sure what all the trims were..
