The one that spins, cut the nut off.
The one thats snapped, replace with a bolt of proper length.

For the one that spins, if its the entire stud that spins, cut it close to the head, drill it out with a 6mm bit, and then use a helicoil kit to repair it to original thread pitch. Buy the entire kit, with the right tap. IF you dont feel like you can do this, go to a shop.
If its just the nut that spins, just grab the stud with vice grips, remove it and replace.

WD40 is not really a penetrating solvent, its more of a cleaner and general lube. Use PB Blaster instead...

They spin into the holes just like bolts do, but you have to use 2 nuts to thread them (use one nut to lock against the other)
And you can get studs at the hardware store (NOT home depot...go to ACE or similar). There, if you dont get what I mean by locking the nuts, someone will be competent enough to show you.
Oh, and take the damaged stud with you for size. I know the size off hand, but you learning is better.

The studs sit right in the front of the head...so...no you dont have to do anything extra.
