Default strut bars

I am thinking about buying some strut/sway bars for the front and rear for my 99 civic ex. Does anybody have any suggestions on what kind to get. I have a greddy evo exhuast, will a lower rear bar fit?

unless you modified the exhaust to go directly between both rear LCA's

it'll fit just fine.

Yes, the rear stabi bar will fit fine with the Greddy Evo.
That's not a stupid question either, because when I had my Apexi Dunk on, It would NOT work with my civic si rear 13mm stabi bar. I switched to the Apexi WS to get the clearance I needed.

I run a 22 mm Progress rear anti-sway bar, and I really like it. For strut/tie bars, I use a Neuspeed front strut bar and a Cusco front tie bar. I like them, and both pieces cost me about $90-100 each, so they work and aren't wallet breakers.

Is there a noticable change in handling with the strut/sway bars. Which one of the bars helps the most?

For me, I didn't notice any difference with the strut/tie bars, but I noticed a drastic improvement with the anti-sway bar.

Yeah. Actually, the only time I noticed the strut and tie bar making a difference was when I was angling up into a steep driveway. My passenger front wheel actually lifted off the ground. Prior, they all stayed on the ground, so that's a sign the chassis has stiffened a pretty good amount.
