Default Strut bars....

I just want some opinions on what strut bars you guys purchased....because I've had this cheap strut bars that it's starting to rust and bend around the braces.(like 2~3 degress twist)

I was thinking of purchasing the Eibach strut bar or fab up one from some sheet metal and pipes.

you have many options for a front strut bar:

stock gsr
stock ctr
stock itr

neuspeed
cusco
mugen
spoon
carbing
jic-magic

in all depends on your budget and your taste. whats most important to you?

Are those El Cheapo ITR wanna-bees, on ebay, any good. I can't imagine they could be that shitty since their just welded steel ends w/ an aluminum bar...

The reason I'm interested is cause I have Ground Control Top Mounts, and I don't want to buy an expensive ITR bar and grind the small sections off to make it fit...

Input much apreciated

thats just terrible. you are what you buy. dont waste your time or money on fake products now if you want something effective save a little and shop around for the best price instead of buying worthless items fronting to be something else.

You are what you buy? Would that make you a strut bar?

Who cares what the stickers say (those peel right off). I'm wondering if there is a way to mess up something so simple.

I'm planning on having a triangular brace made, but must wait till after the swap. I had a gsr bar, and it was great, but once I put the GC top hats, off it went.

OOH, does that make me a top hat?

Go for Neuspeed's because it's one solid bar. Don't buy anything that adjusts with nuts, they'll hold, but not as well as the one piece design.

idk i got a eg but same thing I love my front upper strut bar, it's a neuspeed, rear upper is a jic magic, lower tie bars consist of jic and cusco. stick with the quality parts remember you get what you pay for imo.

i wouldn't mess with ebay strut bars unless your looking for some bling appeal and not for competition use. i personally have Cusco bars from and rear but they serve a necessary purpose in my car

Best bars IMO are the Neuspeed (non-ITR style), Carbing 3-point, and JGE 3-point.
