Strange on position ignition issue
The past two days I've had this happen twice. When I come back from stopping the car for like 10-15 minutes to get lunch or something the ignition on the steering column is completely unresponsive. After a few minutes of messing with it, it starts right up and acts completely normal.
The only other thing I've noticed during this is that it sounds like there are relays or switches or something buzzing under the dash during this. The buzzing occurred when I left the ignition in on and when I tried using the hazards to see if it was a dead battery.
I checked my battery terminal connections and they seemed very tight as usual.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
