strange engine nosie

strange engine nosie
ok in the mornings when it is cold i start my 98 honda civic ex d16 stock exept intake it makes a wierd noise just for a few moments when cold it only happens when you first step on the throttle it kinda sounds like a trash bag inside the motor you know how a supermarket bag sounds like when it is stuck on your car WTF is causeing this? no there are no engine codes
