Default strange brake swap...is it possible

so i have two cars and one set of itr wheels. my driver is a 95 civic ex coupe. my wreck is a 92 accord ex sedan. civic is 4x100....accord is 4x114.3 along with the itr wheels. the accord has rear disc, civic does not. the itr wheels are 4x114.3. i want to swap the brakes off of the accord on the civic. is this possible?

would you be using the complete trailing arm or just the disc's themselves?
