have someone sit in the car and pump the clutch 3 times. then on the 3rd time you hold the clutch down. make sure you have a lot of dot 3 handy. do this unti lyou have only brake fluid coming out of the slave cyl. and no air. that is how we did it in my teg. worked great.

so are you looking for clutch engaguement at like half pedal distance? if so i think it requires a little more than just bleeding, like a bigger slave, piston, different control arms, and all that. bleeding will just get out the mushy feel sometimes.

be sure to keep a cup with fluid in it handy and every time you open the screw take a hose and put it on the nipple and sumerge the hose in the fluid to keep it from getting more air inthere

k we just ventured in this area as well, before the clutch pedel was just sticking to the floor, so we figured it was the master cylinder and replaced it. Now we have installed a new/used master and it won't hold pressure what so ever.
Any tips? we are going to try the hose tech tomorrow, but is there any other sources that might cause a lack of pressure in the system?
thanks in advance. look forward to a reply
