stock valvesprings to 9200 rpm????

soo, im looking for a new y8 or z6 head and i came across one the stated it could rev to 9200 rpms on stock valvesprings????? im guessing a change to a titanium retainer would make this more believeable??? anyone support this claim and is it possible to rev that high on stock springs???

sure you can rev it to as high as you want, your motor will just break.

and it wont make power that high anyway.

ive been to 8200 on stock springs and retainers.

went to 11K on stock internals... you can guess what happened... (dropped a valve in every cylinder) incase you had no imagination...

good thing singles are cheap...

oh yeah and you CAN rev to 9K maybe 9200, but there is really no point cause you arent making any power up that high... and you will most likely break a lot of ****...
