Which stock springs go in the front and go in the rear?
I'm re-installing my stock springs and I don't know if I'm doing it right. First of all I installed the front with the sider shorter springs and my car looks just as dropped as I had it with coil overs. Now I'm thinking either one of two things are happening. Either my struts are DEAD, or I installed the wrong springs.
Please let me know which one it is. Thank you in advance.

Yup stock strut/shocks.
Why is it for some reason when I put the shorter ones in the front that my car still looks dropped?

did you replace the bumpstops? it might be those, since they're usually cut when a car is lowered.
