stock Si tower bar on CX

Has anybody put bolts where the stock Si tower bar mounts to the shock towers of a cx civic?

If so please let me know how

I've never none this before, but here are some install instructions for the Comptech tower bars. You will need to drill some holes that the Si has but your car doesn't have. The mounting points are exactly the same, so these instructions will work for you:
