stock si intake!!! got pic
Will a stock si intake fit on a d16y8 TB?
Is there a different from stock ex and si including fitments?
The only difference i see is that the ex pipe is smaller and the si is bigger.
But could i still use the stock si intake on d16y8 manifold?
plus before i start pulling off the y7 manifold do i need to drain anything?

If you're removing the manifold you need to drain your coolant first or else leak it everywhere once it comes off. Why remove the manifold?
The Ex TB is only a couple mms smaller in diameter so it should be alright if you tighten it down with a screw clamp. They both bolt down the same because the chassis are essentially the same.

radiator drain plug is on the mid-bottom of the rad... just under the cooling fan
You also have a block-drain bolt which is placed on the left of the oil filter (looking from underneath)... that one is sometimes very hard to unscrew

No, you don't have to... but it is always a good thing if you're going to use some other brand of coolant...
If you reuse the old coolant or go with the same brand, you don't need to drain the block
