I dont know if by Si you mean 99-00 Si B16A2 or 5th Gen Si D16Z6.

Either way your B pipe runs all the way up to the header so you're gonna have to get it cut and flanged to make room for whatever cat you wanna use.

If you're using a 96 Cat, that's a OBDII cat so it has a hole for an o2 sensor, if you're using a B16A2 (OBDII) motor then perfect because you need the second o2. But if you're using a D16Z6 (OBDI) then you're gonna need something to plug that hole in the cat.

Do you need to run a cat? It should fit but your going to have to plug the extra sensor hole or leave it in the cat.obd2 cats have a extra sensor if im correct. Also depends on the exhaust, im confused which exhaust or header are you going to run then the si motors one? If so i think all ex, si cats are the same but the new ones just have the extra sensor, anyone correct me if im wrong.

He's using a VX car/Exhaust, since the VX has the cat integrated into the manifold the exhaust B pipe is longer, so it needs to be cut if he wants to fit a cat.

no it wont work,, you cant use your vx b pipes and make the cat work.. you can use the 96 cat if its the same size as i stated above. along with your z6 oem exhaust manifold , and any 92-95 civic b pipe (not vx) or any 96-00 bpipe. or integra b pipe . the cat will fit on all.

so in the end you need to change your vx b pipe.

it should be and same goes for the itr b pipe since you can put both ek and dc2 b pipes on a 92-95 civic with oem cat (not vx) and it all matches up fine...so it should be exactly 15.5 inches
