still not starting

still not starting
whats up guys i just got done putting my b7 in my car today. the injector o rings are shot they are leaking. i am not stupid i know they need replaced. but will they prevent the car from starting. it putted a little bit but that was it. im pretty sure it is the reason it wont start
one last question. i just want to make sure i got the plug wires right

so while i was out switching my plug wires around. I turned on my headlights to check all my lights. when i turned them on the headlights came on but the tail lights and front corner lights did not. if i can remember right when i first got the car last spring on cold nights it did the same thing a few times. any ideas what it could be.
one last question. i just want to make sure i got the plug wires right

i think it busted O rings would prevent the car from starting since it wont hold a compression. the air/fuel mixture will leak on the compression stroke.

when i changed my fuel rail a while back I ripped a couple of the o-rings and the gas was spraying EVERYWHERE and it still ran perfect, so i dont think leaking injectors would cause it not to start

so i went out to try and start it again. now the o rings are not leaking any more dont ask me why. but it still will not start. its getting spark and fuel. what should i check next timing???? then go with the compression test. does the ground have to be there from the valve cover to the core support. i dont have one there.

checked the timing it is fine. compression is the only thing that could be left isnt it. checked all the grounds besides the one from the valve cover. still getting spark still getting fuel.
