Sticky yellow stuff on my spark plug?
Hi, my B16 is bogging when I go around corners. I cleaned my spark plugs and I noticed this yellow sticky substance all over one of the plugs. The others were clean. I cleaned this stuff off the best I could and the car runs very nice until I take a turn, then it bogs again. My guess is this yellow liquid is leaking into the cylinder and getting all over the spark plug. Can anyone speculate on what the problem may be? It's a 1st gen B16, and I'm posting here because there are infinitely more people with B16's here than in the EF forum (and there's a lot of us in the EF forum )
I'm hoping someone has had the same problem and knew what it was. Last week this bogging trouble started after I heard a loud cracking/snapping sound from the engine bay while taking a turn at about 25mph.

i need ideas as to what this may be. I hate bringing my car to a mechanic without being able to at least speculate as to what the problem is.
