Had the same problem on my 93 si hatch. I replaced them with gsr calipers. Contact Brian at fast brakes he may be able to source a set for you if you can't yourself. That's where i got mine from.

The rebuild kit costs about $7-$10 from Honda. I'd say that your outter dust cover came loose and dirt and water go inside the piston housing causing it to stick and drag. It's happend to me twice since I did my rear swap. You have to remove the whole caliper from the car and replace 3-4 O rings, lube it all up with the right grease that the kit comes with, the inner piston seal and outer dust cover. It's a pretty simple job with minimal tools but that outer dust cover is a bitch to get back into place. Fill the caliper, mount, bleed that brake line and your good to go.

A reman caliper should cost about $80-$125 with core exchange.

So it's up to you which is easier on your buget or skill level.

In my case a caliper pin had siezed, you cannot buy them seperate and Im not sure there is a simple fix for the caliper pins specifically. My solution was a reman. unit from Honda. Its like new, and I never worry about them siezing up or failing anytime soon.
