It is one of the best additions that you will do. A really nice steering wheel is very nice and think how much use you get out of it.

i put a non SRS ctr wheel in my hatch and the smaller turning radius makes it easier to handle and funnier to drive IMO

That steering wheels looks like it has a nice grip to it, I like it. The snap off idea is a great one, I'll be purchasing a quick release very soon for my Sparco wheel.

That has been my exact reason for not rockin' a MOMO steering wheel.... I like knowing that I've got that good ol' air bag to knock me out before I can feel the pain if I ever get into an accident (knock on wood)

no its not a MOMO wheel. its made by a smaller italian company. that sep up for the "fake" leather wheel and quick release is 250.00 shipped to anywhere in the US. that wheels is i think 11.4" in diameter too. its either that or a FMIC for Xmas... so many decisions.

I have a momo and Grant vehicle security system, i just need to put it on. But i think the quick release is really good. You cant steal a car with out the wheel.

I've heard that thieves can use ViceGrips to steer. The question is, how many thieves carry vice grips with them? And would they take the time to do all that work when there are many other cars around WITH steering wheels.

Trying to give both sides of the argument

thery would really have to want it bad if they were to use vice grips to drive! and I say if they have the ***** enough to steel it and drive away with vice grips the obviously think the car is worht more then thier life!
oh and I forgot to mention that I am looking into a similar set up right now

Not to jack your thread, but I've always wanted a quick release wheel but I heard that removing your SRS is illegal. Is that true?

Yes it is.

But i've had a few ins claims since I installed my 300m Sparco and had no problems. I've even gotten stopped and nothing said to me about it (knock on wood).
