I have GC's w/ 380f/450r rates and Neuspeed Koni Yellows. Great set-up. Runs about $800-$850, lot less if you buy used. (I didn't.)

Ryan C and SkyeC? Are you guys related?
Some people like the stock ITR struts and springs, its cheap at least.
And you would already be setup for a rear swaybar. And I have a
front gsr swaybar setup for 125$ shipped about. I just use what
I get for cheap or free, so im on tokico blues and skunk2 coilovers
with 21mm front swaybar and a 14mm gsr rear. I like it a lot.

This is a very contriversial question, seeing as how almost everyone has asked this question once in their honda-tech "lives"
1) Koni yellows and Ground controls ordered from http://www.groundcontrol.com are going to run you 950.00 but you get to choose your spring rates and the coil-overs are ment to fit the shock. This is what im running right now, seems fine to me.
2) You could look into getting a set of full coilovers. These tend to be very costly but I hear you cant ask for better results. The one thing I found when looking into full coilovers, esp. Tiens was that the basic set was not adjustable. To me this gear me away from them seeing as how koni yellow's are adjustable.
If you do decide to look into full coilovers, there are many different options.. Same with different shock/spring combos.
Search the different full coil-over and shock/spring combo's people are running to get an idea of what they are like.
Hope this helped.

My $70 shipped user Neuspeed Race springs and a set of KYB AGX shocks would be the cheapest decent setup.

i love my jic flta-2 but they are also very expensive and not so great if you want a nice ride on the street but im willing to make that sacrifice for an awsome track setup

I can tell you right now,
I am the MASTER of bang4the buck suspensioN! and yes... i'm willing to brag about it
hehe
definetely, agx's are best bang4buck,
300bux.
and you will need aid for suspension travel, cuz EG hatches have to be droped alot to look good.
get ground control upper mounts, 150bux for all 4 corners
or benen modified stocks, 10bux ac orner but you have to ship your stockies to benen industries.
WELL WELL WELL WORTH IT
then for springs,
this is all preference.
I would recommend somthing adjsutable,
go to arospeed.com and order their coilover sleeves, but not the full set, just the SLEEVE.
I think they're like 10bux each! and high quality(i've had mine for years and others can vouch for them too).
then get some eibach ers springs of whatever springrate you want(I would suggest 400front 300 rear) the agx's wont like much over the 400-450 range.
and you'll be set.
shouldnt cost more than 500bux total.

i think ZEAL's are by far one of the best suspensions on the market right now.... they are affordable and are great ! and fully adjustable..... and you can rebuild them too.... i can get you them for cheap.. you can get the B2's for 1100, or the b6's for 1450 at my cost
