Which Springs?
Right now I am using Eibach Sportline Springs w/ Kyb Agx Shocks.
It lowered my del Sol 1.8" The height still seems to be a little high.
The car handles great thought. I was thinking about going for a lower drop.
I was looking into the H&R race springs. They claim to lower 2.75"F 2.25"R
But I'm not sure if it would be a safe idea to run those springs on these shocks.
Also, I'm not sure that the H&R springs are of better or same quality then the
Eibachs and im also wondering if the performance of these springs are as good as
my current setup. I'm really not sure what I want to do yet. But I think I want to
stay away from coilovers.
Help me put some light on this situation. Good/Bad? Better springs? Anything that
will help me out here.
Thanks,
Drew

Re: Which Springs? (mooseknuckle)
i lowered my del sol (97 si) on skunk2 springs and tokico illumina 5 way adj. shocks. it lowered my car about 2.5" all the way around. i LOVED it... the handling was amazing! i live on all backroads and i used to fly through the corners! plus the ride wasn't too bad either! i would def. recommend it! (plus i'm selling EVERYTHING off my car right now b/c i got in an accident so if u want any of my suspension pieces, lemme know.)
i would stay away from coilovers too... everyone i know that has used them ends up with a really, really bumpy ride and not great handling.

Re: Which Springs? (mooseknuckle)
I am currently Running
Progress Springs and Stock SHocks...
The Progress Springs advertise a drop of 2.3 front and rear, but on my EK four door, I cut about a .25 of the bumpstop for both front and rears to achive abotu a 2.5 drop front and rear (no affect on ride quaity :D ) but yet these Springs are identical to Sportlines, I mean I have drivin a car with Sportlines and the ride quality and handling are just like driving my car except that I am lower...Humm???
But I suggest Progress Springs, since you like the ride and handling of Sportlines..
And I would be it would match up nicely to your KYB AGX Shocks...

PICS:
Old wheels Same size as current 15" w/ 195/50/15 tires.
There you are..
Its not slammed I'll tell ya that much.
But its realistic ride height, and good handling.
