spring rates... somebody help
im about to order ksports for my daily driver eg hatch with a b series.
i need rates thats stiff enough for the sporty feel to it for when i want to rip it that i dont get the gangster lean, yet soft enough to be daily driven in.
i guess im looking for the brand new sports car feel thats not to stiff, not too soft.
only interested in running stock height also.

Don't get K-sport coilovers. They're not what you want. Get KYB AGX's and Eibach Sportlines. You'll get very crisp handling with the shocks set to 3/4 front/rear and you'll remain near stock ride height.
K-sports are designed to make you FEEL like you're handling well by overloading the car with super-stiff shock valving and too-high springrates. I've installed them for people before and I can't say I've ever been impressed.
If you need something beyond the KYB's and Sportlines, get a nice set of swaybars. They'll do more to tighten up your handling than any spring/shock combo you can get for under $1000.
We have a suspension forum for you to do research in. I suggest doing so before you drop money on crap.

A lot of people on this forum also don't know good suspension from a ***** in the ***. K-sports let them "three-wheel" when standing still and they assume that such curtailed shock travel and kidney-exploding springrates make their car handle better when, in reality, they just induce slides at lower speeds.
Good suspension is about finding a compromise between tires and springrate. You don't put 700 pound springs at all four corners and try to zip around at 60mph on BFG Touring TAs. Read some threads in the suspension forum before you throw $650+ at some orange-powdercoated pieces of **** that lack damping adjustments.

please listen to Archidictus, don't go bomb your cash on something stupid, research more before just dumping 100's of dollars on something that won't be worth it

i dont want to spend $$$ on coilovers. i wont be using them for anything other than daily driving.
i can get $5xx shipped for ksports so i think thats already pretty hard to beat.
