Special tool for clips on axle boots?

Special tool for clips on axle boots?
Do you guys know of a special tool for clamping on and tightening the clamps that go around the boots on the axles?

yes, there are two types. a band type and a crimp type. both tools are available at an autoparts store.

Do the band and crimp type work for any type of axle clip?
I noticed 2 different brand axles had different looking clips. They looked pretty much the same but you could tell that they were different.
