Sparco Harness Install?

I have a 2000 Civic Ex, and I just got some 4 point harnesses to go with some Torinos that I've had for a while. I need to know how to put in the bolts that go into the backseat area. Does anyone have any info that could help me? Thanks

you need to get a rollbar to use that safley, if you dont and your car rolls, you will die.

Do not bolt to floor get a roll bar. If you dont and crash your spine will compress and you will be veggie racer
