my civic will idle better with the ac on, but with it on or off it will sometimes bogg down to 500 rpms at a stop light but it will not jump up and down, and it wont stall out nop matter what i do, what could be the problem here, i do have one low compression cylinder of 110 and the rest are around 130-140 could this be the problem, also the ac will be cold at times and others it will be not harldy cold at all, the compessor clutch never kicks off, it always stays on at the same speed no matter what position you have it in, there seems to be a little leak on the high pressure hose, cause i can see a little oil on the hose at times, but it seems to stay fairly full of freon, maybe air in the lines or it needs a new switch or relay, what do you think the problem would be, imma replace the hose but i dont think that is the entire problem
