sorry for the n00b question. but need some advice
a lot of the bumpers that i have been looking at on ebay, say that they are covers. I am wondering if that is the full bumper or is it an outer part. i think that it is a full bumper but i am just looking for someone to clarify. anyone?

it says cover because the acutal bumpber is the hunk of metal bolted to frame to protect you, what is commonly called the bumper is really the bumper cover
