i know this is not the right place to post this but I am not able to post in the market place, im tring to talk to someone about a car for sale. and I can post or pm him. DO i need to do someting to be allowed to post? thx

make sure you post 5 times tho, I waited the amount of time but still couldn't pm and I was so confused, I didn't realize it actually forced me to post 5 times to send pm's.
