go out and buy a turbo kit boost it for like 10 miles blow it up and buy a B series...

190000 i mean come on that engine can only take so much... either rebuild the D series or spend the $$ on a low mileage B series and boost that if you want.

There are plenty of people who build D series and boost them. If you wanna boost a D series you will probably pay the same as a B swap.

if it doesn't burn alot of oil boost it. Milage doesn't mean ****. The more stock motor is worn on cylinders walls the better your chances are that it's not going to blow up (you need bigger piston to wall clearances). Just do it right and it should last. If not you can get another single cam for $400 with trans.
