Well I tried my stock ecu and its the same result. Is there a chance both ecu's are bad?? But no I am doing it correctly. Take keys out of ignition, put the paperclip in the 2 pin, and put ignition on start. That didnt work so I grounded A13 and I got the same result, just solid cel.

Haha this is ridiculous. If it helps my car was running terribly in limp mode last week, couldnt rev past 3500 and car almost bogs when you touch the gas. But a couple days ago I started it and it just died and wouldnt turn over. My starter makes a noise, but I actually dont hear the fuel pump priming when its in the start position. Is there a chance the main relay can cause all this?? Solid cel and the symptoms that is.

not all paperclips conduct a current - try a thin piece of wire or a 2 prong quick connector

Ive never tried grounding a13, so cant help you there
