Default SOHC Vtec bolt on . . . . what would be the most beneficial next?

just finished swapping my dx motor with a sohc zc vtec . . . . i was just wondering on what would be the best , as far as in bolt ons of course, to do next .. . . ive only bought a short ram and bolt on rear section exhaust for now ....

so please post your opinions , thanks

also, although i know hondas arent notorious for producing hella torque, i would like to gain some and was curious if there was anything I could do to achieve this

Turbos and supercharges produce torque. So do H22s and some b18s.

As far as boltons, you're going to need to get a nice header, hi flow or straight through catalytic converter and mandrel bent piping to make use of the axle-back you have.

yeah, i was thinking about ordering a nice catback to replace all the old stock piping and etc.

any thoughts, comments, concerns, on full exhausts . . . . . id like something that sounds mean, not raspy and high pitched ricy sounding .. . . . something deep that fades into something loud high rpm . . . . . posts?

if u want torque.. then u should get an air box and not a cone filter. but if you're going to go with the cone filter.. might as well get CAI. and if you're going to do any head work, try an aftermarket header.. it sure as hell beats stock. as for exhaust.. i have a GReddy EVO cat-back and it sounds pretty good, IMO.

or...

u can just get a BOLT-ON turbo kit like someone mentioned before.

When you've done all the usual bolt-ons and come up with like 15hp for 1k+ you'll realize you should have just gone turbo from the start.
