So, now that you own an EG, is it worth it?
So I'm considering dumping my CD5 for a few reasons and am thinking if I do, I would like to get a 92-5 civic hatch.
so my question to you guys is, now that you have one, is it worth it? What are some of the pluses, what dont you like about it...
All help appreciated

Depends on the chick
I could tell you a lot of reason to get one, but instead you could just read this since it has been discussed a couple of times.

Haha, doesn't matter to me anymore. I'm tied down. But I got more compliments from girls with my Type-S though. My girlfriend likes my Type-S over my hatch.

i love my hatch over my old coupe had the same exact motor except i have a dx tranny in the 92 cx hatch and the 95 dx coupe had the ex tranny....
the hatch is 5 tenths of a second faster with the same motor and setup basically.. i like the feeling of the road through non powersteering when you are haulin *** in the mountains... its light cheap on gas because its light.... it had ac.. but im more go than show/comfort... i.e. i work from the motor out...
the cons of owning a hatch is everyone wants to jack it... over a coupe or anything else... get mad alarm stuff

i have owned two hatchbacks(93si & 95si) and wouldnt say i regret ever having to own one or two. as a matter of fact to this day its still worth driving and most importanly wrenching the hatch.

I just totaled my hatchy, and am shopping for a new one before I even settle w/ ICBC.
Perfect cars to work on.
Light & possibly fast.
Alot of cheap/good parts avail.
Gas is a bitch. hehe heh.

From day one I've dreamt of owning a 92-95 Civic Hatcbhack Si and I've owned two so far. I am content with this car. I haven't done much upgrades except for a few minor suspension upgrades. Other than that the car is still bone stock. It's been running fine and all I've had to change so far was the timing belt and water pump. It's still holding out, starts up everyday ever after sitting for a few days of no use. It's all I could ever ask for. The only thing I'd get besides this car is a 99-00 Si coupe. Or maybe the 2006 Si coupe too.

My Si is the best car I've ever driven. I don't think that I'll be getting anything different.
If you meant DC5, they suck. Get a hatch
