Distributor o-ring. All you have to do is remove the distributor and fish out the o-ring on the shaft. Very easy.

Its the Distributor O-ring...very easy to install. Just go to your local honda dealership and pick one up, its like a couple bucks...not worth the time of ordering it. Plus, there wont be any confusion, just ask for it.

If you have oil in the the distributor, are you sure its not from when you WERE leaking oil but just didnt clean it out?
If anything else, you have a bad valve cover gasket or cam seal.

valve cover gasket and the cam seal are ok... i traced the leak and its comming from the distributor itself...
if the O-ring is bad, is that the only way that the oil would end up inside the disdtributor?

No it wouldnt be the only way.
Like i said, it could also be caused from a bad valve cover gasket or cam seal. Are you seeing a steady leak, or is it just oil that remained IN the dizzy from when the O-ring was bad?

Re: (1995Civic)
If its inside the distributor then the distributor oil seal is bad. They are like 5 bucks on line plush shipping. Just google distributor oil seal to find one shop around a little I saw them anywhere from $5 to $15 when I ordered mine. If you need help I think I still have step by step instructions with some pics I can email you just let me know
Edit: the O ring only seals the distributor housing and the head from leaking. If he has oil inside the distributor than the distributor oil seal is bad.
