Default So how do I go about this.......

I want to take my D16Y7 and put just the Y8 intake mani on it. Does everything swap over including the throttle body or do I have to have other parts to seal the deal?

Do some boredom searching instead of bumping. If the Honda-Tech search engine isn't cutting it, use Google.

It's called a mini-me. Yes, the Y8 manifold swaps over to the Y7 head. Yes, a Y7 throttle body fits on a Y8 manifold.

Thanks guy....My internet is hella slow here in IRAQ...so I ask the question and pray that someone has the answer. If I were to search this stuff it would take hours and hours.....which I do not have. I'm not a n00b or a postwhore....Normally I never post because I search constantly but now its a little hard when its slower than 56k and I only get a half hour at a time...when it works.

Get a complete y8 AUTO intake manifold for your year and its plug and play.

An auto y8 uses the 3 wire IAC like you use on your y7. If you run a manual y8 youll have to put your throttle body on it and cap off the IAC holes (or have a non used IAC just hanging from it) Ive done this on a few cars and never had a problem.
