i tried to search the net about buying one of this.
if anyone can help where can i get it to my civic HB eg 93..

Did you mean "snap off"... it's a quick release hub. They are everywhere... ebay, JHP, kteller... everywhere.

people on honda-tech want like 80 bucks for a nrg quick release 
there 22$ on ebay, 45 shipped to your door. Don't get ripped off, btw omniman buys blanks from nrg and calls them his.. don't buy that **** ethier
