smoking problem
put a D15B (30,000 miles on it) in my civic, turbo charged (whole setup came of old engine never had a problem with), engine didn't come with the v-teck solenoid so its just capped off... and it smokes like a bitch....while i'm at a stop and when i'm giving it gas, stops smoking when coasting down a hill
things i've done to fix this problem:
-changed the head to ones i know are good
-put new metal head gasket in
-put new rings in, as of now 150 miles into break in period
...i'm out of ideas

Re: (Elevorett)
check the pcv. if it's stuck it'll cause the car to smoke. I had the same problem with my turbo D16 and it help. just pull it out and shake it if it doesn't rattle it's gummed up so just replace it, that and it cost less than 5 bucks. good luck man
