LULZ I I feel somewhat retarded. Engine-Cold. Outside Temp- Mid 70's. Friends say if smokes a bit when on the throttle while driving for a bit.

Looks like blue/white which would indicate oil burning.

That is what I am afraid of. At least it isnt pure white with a sweet smell. The car is also running extremely rich (no black smoke though).

Whats your oil consumption like between changes? Was the oil on the electrode portion or where the wire connects?

I did a compression test and it was 180 in all 4 cylinders. I did noticed oil around one of the plug wires (the one that had the most oil on the plug) so my guess is that the valve cover seal needs to be replaced.

try the same thing reving it up after its warmed up to operating temperature. if it goes away then or is smoking less then its probably the valve seals. being your compression test came out high and consistent i would rule out the rings. was the compression test done warm or cold? and was this done at WOT? the numbers sound about right. to test the rings u would pour just a lil teaspoon or cap full of oil down each cylinder. repeat the compression test. if all your numbers go up drastically its usually an indication the rings are bad.
