Smog...Please read..Located in SoCal

First off, I would like to say to those really stupid people on here who actually writes in their post, "where do I go for a smog?" Or basically flagging down pigs to **** things up for everybody else..So just stop with that...(not saying you cant, but be smart bout it)...BTW, this is not for an argument or anything-so don't bother..
Hey HT members. Okay, I really need help on this. My car is due by May 1st for a smog. The stupid DMV never mailed me my notice, because they said that I have an incomplete liability on the car when I first registered it two years ago before the swap. But, I submitted the liability form twice. Tell me about it-slow *** service. They ******* suck. So, that is why I have only 3 weeks left to get my car smog.
I have a EJ2 with a B16, exactly what my SN says. Of course, its a JDM motor. I know about getting it barred, but because of a few things on the b16, I can't. Dont ask why. So, I'm not gonna say much more than this, most of you know why. If you can help me out, IM or email me.
Also, thinking about selling my car. Tired of all the trouble that I have to go through. So If I am selling, it will probably be for $6000 or less.
