Skunk2's on Tokico's - Good or Bad Combo???
I have some non-adjustable Tokico blues on my 92 VX with Progress springs. I was wanting to change the Progress springs and go with Skunk2's or Ground Controls. The struts are not even a year old and I bought them new. A few people said it would be a bad idea to use coilover sleeves with these struts. Does anyone have this combo - how's the ride, handling, etc???

If you getting into autoXing or track racing you may want to go with custom spring rates on your springs. If you go this route I would also suggest some adjustable shocks ie koni yellows, tokico illuminas, kyb agx.

i just got my skunk 2's installed on my ek this weekend on my stock shocks. The ride is really stiff, on the freeway i bouncy around a lot, but it isnt that bad considering that i have Integra spring rates. The handeling has gotten much much better. When shifting hard, the car does not lean back anymore and steering response is great.
